    Johni is a wonderful butcher with good quality fresh meat. There is always a choice of fresh meat and things he's prepared so all you have to do is cook it if you're short on time (his meatballs are very tasty I'm told). Keep supporting your local butcher like Johni as they are few and far between, and their meat quality is always better than any supermarket.
